THE BUZZ OF LIFE
A tasting plate featuring bee pollen, fresh herbs, and edible flowers, paired with a honey-based vinaigrette dressing. This course symbolizes the beginning of pollination, the awakening of the hive, and the excitement of life’s buzz.

SOUND & MOTION
Participants listen to recorded or live natural soundscapes capturing the hum of bees, rustling leaves, and bird calls—immersing guests in the sound world of pollinators.

THE DANCE OF POLLINATION
A selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables that depend on pollinators, paired with an herbaceous, honey-infused wine or mead. The dish reflects the collaborative dance between pollinators and plants.

INTERLUDE: TOUCH
A guided partner exercise where one guest is blindfolded and fed by their partner, heightening sensory awareness and trust—mirroring the delicate relationship between pollinators and the environment.
